Getting started

Base URL https://api.pristan.com/v1. Send a bearer key. Errors follow RFC 9457.

Authentication

Agency 30 and Platform plans. Keys start with pk_live_ or pk_test_.

Checks

POST /checks then poll GET /checks/{id}. POST /checks/{id}/fix applies automatic fixes. Each result includes summary_for_user for the chat card.

Sites

POST /sites from a check creates a 7-day preview and a /claim/… link. The assistant cannot pay.

Versions

Upload, publish, roll back. Free and Website keep the last 10 versions.

Domains

GET /domain-suggestions, then POST /domain-orders for a Stripe checkout link. Payments always happen on Pristan, never in chat.

Forms

Sign-up and contact forms. Double confirmation is always on.

Consents

Banner and form permission records. No raw IP addresses.

Webhooks

Signed with Pristan-Signature. Retries: 1m, 5m, 30m, 2h, 12h, 24h.

Errors

Problem details with summary_for_user for the grandmother-level sentence.

Rate limits

60 requests a minute on Agency 30. Headers: X-RateLimit-Limit, Remaining, Reset.
